Clinical presentation: A 39-year-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology. She was investigated because of a"lump in the throat" feeling.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.08 mIU/L, anti-TPO 2 U/mL.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the isthmus.
