Clinical presentation: A 42-year-old woman was referred for evaluation thyroid nodule which was discovered on investigation because of weight gain and fatigue.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.67 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the lower dorsal part of the left lobe - lower to the echonormal lesion having halo sign.
