Clinical presentation: A 44-year-old woman was treated by methimazole for Graves' disease 4 years ago. She has had a temporary elevation of FT4 level for 6 weeks which has spontaneously resolved. She came to routine follow-up examination.

Palpation: there was a firm nodule in the right thyroid.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.09 mIU/L, FT4 19.1 pM/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the right lobe.
