Clinical presentation: a 39-year-old woman came to routine follow-up examination. She was first investigated 5 years ago when an autonomously functioning nodule was diagnosed in the upper pole of the right lobe. She was euthyroid and did not get any thyroid medications. She gave birth 18 months ago and except for moderate fatigue she had no complaints.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.07 mIU/L.

Lesions in question:

the nodule in the middle dorsal part of the right lobe.
