Clinical presentation: A thyroid nodule was diagnosed in a 36-year-old woman 6 months after pregnancy on evaluation of post partum thyroiditis in hypothyroid state (TSH 19.3 mIU/L, aTPO 11 U/mL).. She did not get any medication and the thyroid function has spontaneously normalized in the subsequent three months.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 2.86 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the right lobe.
