Clinical presentation: a 41-year-old man was referred for aspiration cytology of a newly discovered multinodular goiter.
Palpation: an elastic nodule in the right lobe.
Laboratory test: TSH 1.14 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the cystic nodule in the middle third of the left lobe.
