Clinical presentation: a 69-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a slowly growing mass in the right thyroid. She had no complaints.

Palpation: a not firm, large nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.71 mIU/L, FT4 15.6 pM/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule occupying almost the whole right lobe.
