Clinical presentation. A 33-year-old man was referred for evaluation of thyroid nodule which was discovered on evaluation performed beause the recovery from a myocarditis was held too slow. The cardiac disease was diagnosed six month ago.
Palpation: both nodules contained a firm nodule.
Laboratory test: TSH 3.90 mIU/L, FT4 17.6 pM/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the right lobe.
