Clinical presentation. A thyroid nodule in a 31-year-old woman had been observed for 4 years. The patient has noticed a rapid enlargement for several months.

Palpation: a not firm nodule in the left lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.67 mIU/L.

the nodule in the left lobe.
