Clinical presentation: a 44-year-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology of a newly discovered nodule. The patient was examined because of repeated stillbirths.

Palpation: a hard nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.73 mIU/L.

the nodule in the right lobe.
