Clinical presentation. First we met the patient 5 years ago when a thyroid nodule was diagnosed on evaluation of weight gain. Our cytological examination resulted in benign lesion. The patient had no complaints, she came this time to the suggested follow-up examination.
Palpation: there was a hard nodule in the right thyroid.
Laboratory test: TSH 1.08 mIU/L, aTPO 0.3 U/mL.
Lesion in question:
the lesion in the central part of the left lobe.
