Clinical presentation. A 65-year-old man was referred for evaluation of nodule which was described as "suspicious" on previous ultrasound report. The nodule was discovered on CT scan performed because of hoarseness.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.55 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the right lobe.
