Clinical presentation: a 37-year-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology because of a nodule detected on evaluation of infertility.
Palpation: the right lobe was more firm than the left. The presence of a nodule was ambiguos.
Laboratory test: TSH 2.89 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the right lobe.
