There is diffuse colloid precipitate in the background and the arrangement of cells is also regular. However, necrotic cells are presented in the second row. This property itself has to raise the possibility of carcinoma.
Follicular cells present not only anisonucleosis but even pleomorphism. The cell group in the left lower image is suspicious (green arrow).
