First, I give a quick guide to definitions on nodule' composition and echogenicity, thereafter a case study will be presented in the video.

Data to the case study

Clinical presentation: A 39-year-old woman requested evaluation of lump which was discovered by the patient herself 3 months ago and has increased since then.

Palpation: an elastic nodule in the right lobe.

Hormonal evaluation: TSH 1.63 mIU/L.
