Clinical presentation: A 36-year-old man came to a follow-up examination. First we met the patient four years ago when he presented with a nodule discovered while shaving. The dimensions of the nodule were 20x20x25 mm (width, depth, length, respectively). Recently, the patient has noticed unpleasant pressure while laying on his right.

Palpation: a moderately firm nodule in the left lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.64 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the left lobe.

Additional information on the lesion

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 31x28x45 mm.

Taller-than wide sign present: absent.

Intranodular vascularization: absent.

Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
