Clinical presentation: A 67-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodule discovered by routine physical examination.
Palpation: There was a firm nodule in the right lobe.
Laboratory test: TSH 0.81 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the upper central part of the right lobe.
Additional information on the lesion
Dimensions (width x depth x length): 12x8x13 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: absent.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
