Clinical presentation: A thyroid nodule was diagnosed in a 36-year-old woman 6 months after delivery. She had post partum thyroiditis and hypothyroidism (TSH 19.3 mIU/L, aTPO 11 U/mL). She did not get any medication and the thyroid function spontaneously normalized in the subsequent three months.
Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.
Laboratory test: TSH 2.86 mIU/L.
Lesion in question:
the nodule in the right lobe.

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 22x20x28 mm.
Taller-than wide sign present: absent.
Intranodular vascularization: present.
Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
