Clinical presentation. A 42-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of nodule discovered by the patient several weeks earlier.

Palpation: a hard nodule in the right lobe.

Laboratory test: TSH 1.89 mIU/L.

Lesion in question:

the nodule in the right lobe.

Additional information on the lesion

Dimensions (width x depth x length): 8x8x11 mm.

Taller-than wide sign present: absent.

Intranodular vascularization: present.

Pathologic adenopathy: absent.
