Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. There is a moderately hypoechogenic tissue in the dorsal part, while a more hypoechoic cap in the ventral part of the thyroid bed. The former corresponds to the thyroid while the latter does to muscle fiber.
