Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. There is a heterogeneous, hypoechoic-echonormal lesion in the ventral part of the lobe. The lesion has large intranodular hyperechoic figures, which can correspond to clusters of microcalcifications. The borders of the nodule are irregular, lobulated.
