Left lobe, longitudinal scan. The borders are ill-defined in more than the three-fourth of the circumference of the nodule. (See the margin between the red arrows.) The nodule also presents lobulations marked with yellow arrows. The small irregularities marked with while arrows are not necessarily pathological.
