Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a hypoechoic lesion in the ventral part of the lobe. The lesion has echogenic lines and an echogenic granule. These are not evidently linked to ventral cystic areas, therefore, these might cause concern. However, taken the previous examination into account, these are back wall figures.
