Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, longitudinal view. There are discrete lesions in the upper-dorsal part (left in the image) which have lobulated margins pointed with a yellow arrow. The undulation in the lower part of the mass (right in the image) is not pathological, this is caused by the presence of multiple nodules next to each other (red arrows).
