The borders of the nodule - case 408 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Lower part of the right lobe, transverse scan. There is a large hypoechogenic nodule with a bit irregular borders. The most dorsal one of these protrusions is the most suspicious to be presentation of lobulated margin. See next image.
