Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe and the isthmus, transverse scan. The thyroid is echonormal. The nodule in the isthmus presents lobulated surface and intranodular fibrosis. The lesion has lobulated/spiculated margins and shows abutting and buging contours.
