Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, another longitudinal scan. The nodule presents cystic areas with two patterns: not only the several small cystic chambers in the lower part of the nodule proved to be cystic but also the upper 4/5 of the nodule which is not echo free but hypoechogenic.
