Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan - after aspirating 16 mL yellow fluid. The hyperechogenic figures in the ventral part of the lobe include both echogenic lines and granules in the image. However, in video record the lines seem to be a bit elongated granules. Therefore, beside presentations of connective tissue, microcalcifications have to be also considered.
