Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Upper 2/3 of the left lobe, longitudinal. The upper, malignant lesion presents solid areas even in the upper part, therefore the type of the cyst might be a central-type cystic nodule. There is a hyperechogenic nodule next to the malignant lesion while a cystic nodule in the lower part.
