Left lobe, longitudinal view. It is doubtful whether this nodule is a dominantly solid or dominantly cystic lesion because the acoustic shadow hinders the judgement of a significant portion of the nodule, the area between the yellow arrows. The nodule presented clearly cystic areas marked with red arrows.
