Right lobe, longitudinal scan. There are figures in the back wall of the cystic areas caused by posterior enhancement, while there is a granule which is clearly a comet-tail artifact (arrow). The exact categorization of the hyperechogenic granules in the solid part of the lesion (arrowheads) is difficult: they might be either comet-tail artifacts or microcalcifications (arrowheads).
