Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 372 (ultrasonographic picture 10)

Right lobe, longitudinal view - after aspiration of 3 ml fluid. There are four bright hyperechogenic granules; from ventral to dorsal (in the image from upper to lower direction): the two larger figures are probably comet-tail artifacts, then a doubtful granule and while the last one might also be a comet-tail artifact.
