Follow-up investigation 3 years after the first visit (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. Beside non-specific granules and fibrosis there is a more hyperechogenic granule in the central part of the nodule. Thorough analysis reveals that this granule has a pale tail, therefore this is a comet-tail artifact.
