Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 951 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Lower part of the right lobe, transverse view. This hypoechogenic nodule has partly blurred borders and presents numerous hyperechogenic figures. The interpretation of these granules is equivocal.
