The echogenicity of the nodule - case 1019 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal view. The discrete area presents synchronous granules and lines, i.e. proliferation of connective tissue. The possibility that this lesion is a nodule in pathological sense cannot be excluded.
