The echogenicity of the nodule - case 104 (ultrasonographic picture 4)

Left lobe, transverse view. There is a homogeneous, moderately hypoechogenic lesion in the lateral part of the lobe. Taking the pattern of the entire lobe into account, this lesion might also correspond to a pseudonodule. Nevertheless, this lesion is more likely a true nodule then other discrete areas.
