The echogenicity of the nodule - case conp 049 (ultrasonographic picture 7)

Lower part of the left lobe, transverse scan. There is a hyperechogenic line within the ventral cystic lesion. There are two hypoechogenic but not cystic nodules next to each other in the dorsal part of the lobe. The hyperechogenic lines and granules within these lesions correspond to connective tissue and not to back wall cystic figures.
