Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a minimally hypoechoic nodule in the lateral part. The nodule presents taller-than-wide shape, however this is simply due to the anatomical location: the carotid artery hindered the lateral propagation of the nodule.
