Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. There is a hypoechoic lesion in the ventral part of the lobe. The lesion has large intranodular hyperechoic figures which may correspond to clusters of microcalcifications. The borders of the nodule are irregular, lobulated.
