Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a hypoechoic lesion in the ventral part of the lobe. Note the lobulation in the ventral surface. This irregularity is less evident on video. Although the lesion is in contact with the ventral part of the lobe, the degree of abutting is difficult to judge.
