Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transvers scan. There is a hypoechoic lesion in the ventral part of the lobe. The lesion presents all three possible signs on which extrathyroidal extension can be suspected, i.e. the contours are abutting, and bulging and the capsule of the lobe is not continuous.
