Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, longitudinale scan. Note the presence of lobulation on the lower dorsal part of the large nodule and the presence of smaller discrete lesions within the lobe. The capsule of the lobe is broken. The tumor' contour is bulging, but the perimeter abutment is less than 25%.
