Right lobe, transverse scan. Yellow arrow points to the dorsomedial part of the tumor, which is the only part of the nodule not covered by normal parenchyma. The focus was improperly set (red arrow), which contributed to the difficulty of proper judgement of the borders at its the dorsomedial part.
