Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. There is a minimally hypoechoic nodule in the ventral part of the lobe. Note the hypoechoic, irregular areas all along at the periphery of the nodule. This pattern mimics halo sign but does not correspond to it.
