TIRADS - case 1530 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. The nodule has halo. Note the much smaller hypoechogenic area in the upper part of the nodule (left in the image). It is conceivable that this is an evolving second cystic chamber which illustrates how a spongiform-type cyst might evolve from a central-type cyst.
