Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe and the isthmus, transverse view. The thyroid presents smaller and larger hypoechogenic areas. Note the puzzle-like, irregular, spiculated borders and the echonormal internal area in the lesion located in the middle-dorsal part of the right lobe.
