Right lobe, transverse scan. The thyroid is minimally hypoechogenic. There is a lesion showing halo sign and taller-than-wide shape in the dorsal part of the lobe. The nodule is brighter than the extranodular tissue and has the same brightness as the normal heatlhy thyroid. So, this belongs to the iso/hyperechoic subgroup.
