Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. The thyroid is minimally hypoechogenic. Beside several tiny more hypoechogenic areas, there is a relatively larger lesion in the ventrolateral part of the lobe. This lesion has blurred borders. The nodule' echogenicity is the same as that of the strap muscle, it means that this is a deeply hypoechoic lesion.
