Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. There is a moderately hypoechogenic tissue in the dorsal part, while more hypoechogenic cap in the ventral part of the thyroid bed. The former corresponds to the thyroid while the latter does to muscle fiber.
