Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, longitudinal scan. The yellow arrow points to a pulling in, which is probably caused by a scar. Dorsal to this scar there is a hypoechoic line, which divides the thyroid. This makes the appearance of nodular goiter. The dorsal spiculation marked with green arrow is the irregularity of the thyroid parenchyma and not that of a nodule.
